For Returns, our standard Return Policy applies. For Exchanges, you will need to follow the instructions outlined in our Exchange Policy. You will need to first repurchase your replacement item(s) at regular price, and when you return the item(s) that you do not wish to keep, you will be refunded the FULL regular price, so in effect you still get the item at the discounted price. TIPS / ADDITIONAL INFO (PLEASE READ!!)
1. Shop the site ahead of time to identify which items you might be interested in. Just because an item is in your Cart does NOT guarantee it is yours. If someone else makes it through Checkout before you do, it’s theirs.
2. You should receive both an email confirmation of your order from our site AND an email confirmation of payment from PayPal. If you do not receive BOTH, your order may not have gone through on our end or on PayPal’s end. Due to higher traffic volumes and number of people shopping the site at the same time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive both emails, but please check your Spam folder first before doing so. Our order confirmation email will go to the email address you input into your order details. If you pay using your PayPal account, the payment email confirmation will go to the email address associated with your PayPal account.
3. If you require a Signature for package delivery or Insurance, please specify in the Notes section at Checkout. Additional fees will apply for Insurance. By default, we do not include Signature or Insurance unless specifically requested by you.
4. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to ship due to the higher volume of orders. Orders will begin shipping as early as Monday November 28th. **Please note we are CLOSED on Friday November 25th so we will not be responding to emails or shipping orders that day. We will begin responding to emails on Monday November 28th.
5. If you are requesting a hem, please note that this will delay your order. Depending on how many hem requests we get, your order may be delayed up to 5 additional business days. For more info on hems, please visit FAQ #6.
6. We are a super small team, so please be patient and courteous. We will be working our hardest to get your packages out as fast as we can!
7. Please remember that we are not UPS/USPS/DHL, so if they lose your package during the busy holiday season, please don’t take it out on us. In the event that this happens, we will do our best to handle each case per our Lost/Stolen Packages Policy (bottom of the page). Also keep in mind that unfortunately there are more stolen packages during the holidays, so please consider the shipping address that you choose, and if you need to request a Signature or Insurance to cover yourself (we are not liable for stolen packages).WILL YOU DO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
NO. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer price adjustments on any purchases made PRIOR to Black Friday, so please do not ask. We do this out of fairness for those shopping our Black Friday Sale, it is a first shop first serve basis! Thanks in advance for your understanding.
