Payment Info

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. With PayPal, you also have the option to use any credit card, and it is quick, easy and guarantees the highest level of security. PayPal payments using credit or debit cards will process within a few minutes. PayPal eChecks can take up to 7 business days to clear, and your order will ship once the payment has processed.

Shipping Info

What shipping methods are available?

Domestic packages within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS. Packages to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and military addresses are shipped via USPS. Domestic orders over $500 are shipped with Signature required.

International packages are shipped via DHL, except for Canada. Packages going to Canada are shipped via USPS Priority International Mail. All packages shipped via DHL will require a signature for delivery.

If you require Expedited shipping, a Signature, or Insurance for your order, please make a Note at checkout. Additional costs apply for Insurance or Expedited shipping. We will email you a separate invoice once a quote has been established for you.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items will typically ship within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you have requested a hem, please allow an additional 2 business days for processing. You will receive an automated email with tracking once your shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24hr for the tracking link to update. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping costs are based on your pre-tax order total.

Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes. International orders can experience customs delays, unfortunately we do not have any control over that.

What happens if my order is lost or undelivered?

If the final status of your tracking number is Undelivered and the shipping carrier is unable to locate your package after their investigation, we will replace the item if it is in stock. If it is out of stock, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment.

However, if the status of your tracking number is “Delivered” and you physically did not receive the package (ie. it gets stolen off your front door), we are not liable and suggest that you contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are happy to require a Signature for your package at your request, please specify this in the Notes section at checkout to request one.

We do not ship with Insurance, so if you would like to insure your package for the full amount in the case that it gets lost, please make a Note at checkout and we will email you a quote.
