HOW DO RETURNS & EXCHANGES WORK?
For Returns, our standard Return Policy applies. For Exchanges, you will need to follow the instructions outlined in our Exchange Policy. You will need to first repurchase your replacement item(s) at regular full price, and when you return the item(s) that you do not wish to keep, you will be refunded the FULL regular price, so in effect you still get the item at the discounted price. Final Sale items remain FINAL SALE - No exceptions! If you have any further questions, please email info@rogueterritory.com

ADDITIONAL INFO (PLEASE READ!!)
  1. Shop the site ahead of time to identify which items you want to purchase. Just because an item is in your Cart does NOT guarantee it is yours. If someone else makes it through Checkout before you do, it's theirs.
  2. You should receive an email confirmation of your order from our site. If you do not, please check your Spam folder before emailing us. Our order confirmation email will go to the email address you input into your order details. If you pay using your PayPal account, the payment email confirmation will go to the email address associated with your PayPal account.
  3. If you require a Signature for package delivery or Insurance, please specify in the Notes section at Checkout. Additional fees will apply for Insurance. By default, we do not include Signature or Insurance unless specifically requested by you. Any orders over $500 will require a Signature, this is our policy to help protect us and you.
  4. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to ship due to the higher volume of orders. Orders will begin shipping as early as Monday 11/26. **Please note we are CLOSED on Thurs 11/22 and Fri 11/23, so we will not be responding to emails or shipping orders those days. We will begin responding to emails on Monday 11/26.
  5. We will NOT be accommodating Hem Requests during the Black Friday Sale. You can always send your jeans back to us at a later date (after mid-December) for hemming. We are an extremely small team and we do all our hems in-house. In order for us to be able to get through the busy holiday season, we are putting a hold on our hemming service until mid-December. Thank you for your understanding and support!
  6. If you made a mistake on your order (wrong address, wrong size, wrong style), please make a REPURCHASE order immediately, and email us to cancel/refund your first order. We cannot edit shipping addresses, your order will ship to the address that is entered during checkout.
  7. Please remember that we are not UPS/USPS/DHL, so if they lose your package during the busy holiday season, please don't take it out on us! In the event that this happens, we will do our best to handle each case per our Lost/Stolen Packages Policy. Also keep in mind that unfortunately there are more stolen packages during the holidays, so please consider the shipping address that you choose and if you need to request a Signature or Insurance to cover yourself (we are not liable for stolen packages).
  8. Again, we are a super small team, so please be patient and courteous. We will be working our hardest to get your packages out as fast as we can!
WILL YOU DO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
No. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer price adjustments on any purchases made PRIOR to the Black Friday sale, so please do not ask. We do this out of fairness for those shopping the sale, as it is a first-shop first-serve basis! Thanks in advance for your understanding.
