HOW DO RETURNS & EXCHANGES WORK?
For Returns on any items that qualified for the BFCM discount, we will issue STORE CREDIT ONLY - we will not issue refunds for those items - no exceptions will be made. Our standard 30 day return window applies. Final Sale items remain FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges, no exceptions!
For Exchanges, please follow the instructions outlined in our Exchange Policy. You will need to first repurchase your replacement item(s) at regular full price, and when you return the item(s) that you do not wish to keep, you will be refunded the FULL regular price, so in effect you still get the item at the discounted price. If the item is in my cart, is it held for me?
No. Items in your cart are not reserved, if someone else makes it through checkout first, it's theirs. We recommend shopping the site ahead of time and make sure you're logged in to save time during the checkout process. Using payment shortcuts like Shop Pay or Apple Pay can get you through checkout faster, but double check that the address associated to your saved payment options is correct because it will default to that address.
Can you bundle multiple orders together?
No. Unfortunately due to the high volume of orders we receive over the sale, we cannot accommodate requests to bundle multiple orders together.
What if I don't receive an email order confirmation?
If your order goes through successfully, you will receive an email from our website with a 5-digit order #. If you do not, please check your Spam or Promotions folder first before emailing us. Also ensure that you didn't have any typos in the email address you entered during checkout, because our website will send the email to whatever email you entered.
Do you ship with Signature or Insurance?
By default, we do not ship with Signature required, this is an additional cost and if you'd like to request it to protect yourself, please enter a note at checkout. We offer Route Insurance and strongly recommend that you purchase it to protect yourself. You can choose to opt out of Route Insurance at checkout. If you opt-out, we are not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages and will NOT replace or refund under any circumstance. For full details, please review our Shipping Policy.
When will my order ship?
Due to the high volume of orders we receive over the sale period, please allow up to 7-10 business days (not calendar days) to process your order. Orders will begin shipping as early as Monday 11/27. You will receive an automated email with tracking info once your shipping label is generated. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder before emailing us to ask the status of your order if the 7-10 business day period has passed. **We are CLOSED on 11/23-11/26**, so we will not be responding to emails or shipping orders those days. We will begin responding to emails on Monday 11/27.
Can I request a hem?
No, we are placing our hemming service ON HOLD during the sale, we will not be accommodating any denim hem requests placed during the sale. We do not offer hemming on any of our trousers, so please do not ask. You can always send your jeans back to us at a later date for hemming, once we have resumed our hemming program (after Jan 15, 2024). We are an extremely small team and we do all our hems in-house. In order for us to be able to get through the busy holiday season, we are putting a necessary hold on our hemming service. Thank you for your understanding and support!
What if I made a mistake when placing my order?
If you made a mistake on your order (wrong size, wrong style), please make a REPURCHASE order immediately to secure the item(s), and email us to cancel/refund your first order. We cannot accommodate product swaps.
Can I use multiple codes at checkout?
No. Our website does not let you "stack" codes, meaning you can only use 1 discount code at checkout. You will not be able to use both the Black Friday code and a Rewards discount code, you will need to choose 1. We will not retroactively apply Rewards codes to your order if you use the Black Friday code, but you will still accrue RGT points for your order.
What happens if my order is lost or stolen?
Please remember that we are not UPS/Fedex/USPS/DHL, so if they lose your package during the busy holiday season or if there are unexpected delays, please don't take it out on us! Also keep in mind that unfortunately there are more stolen packages during the holidays, so please consider the shipping address that you choose and if you need to request a Signature or purchase Route Insurance to cover yourself.
Will you do a price adjustment on orders placed before the sale?
No. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer price adjustments on any purchases made PRIOR to the Black Friday sale, so please do not ask. We do this out of fairness for those shopping the sale, as it is a first-shop first-serve basis! Thanks in advance for your understanding.
