Payment Info

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. With PayPal, you also have the option to use any credit card, and it is quick, easy and guarantees the highest level of security. PayPal payments using credit or debit cards will process within a few minutes. PayPal eChecks can take up to 7 business days to clear, and your order will ship once the payment has processed.

Shipping Info

What shipping methods are available?

Domestic packages within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS, Fedex, or USPS (depending on your zone). Packages to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and military addresses are shipped via USPS. We do not ship with a Signature required. If you would like to request this, please enter a note at checkout, additional fees will apply. Please note that if you are not home at the time of delivery for any packages requiring a Signature, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the carrier for pickup or re-delivery. If your package is returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply to have your package shipped to you again.

International packages are shipped via DHL, USPS, or UPS (depending on your zone). All packages shipped via DHL will require a signature for delivery. **In some instances if your specific address/zone is more expensive, we may need to invoice you the price difference. Customer is responsible for any duties taxes or fees associated with customs clearance. If you refuse payment for duties and your package is returned to us, shipping charges will not be refunded.


NOTE: If you require Expedited shipping, a Signature, or Insurance for your order, please make a Note at checkout. Additional costs apply. We will email you a separate invoice once a quote has been established for you.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items will typically ship within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you have requested a hem, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive an automated email with tracking once your shipping label is generated. Please allow at least 24 hrs for the tracking link to update. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Any delays in delivery of your shipment due to carrier delays are not in our control.

NOTE: Orders placed over the Black Friday sale may take up to 7-10 business days for processing. Thank you for your understanding!

What happens if my order is Lost or Undelivered?

Unfortunately we are not liable after the package leaves our hands. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages and will not refund or replace any lost/stolen/damaged items. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you keep the Route Insurance at checkout, which will cover you in case your package encounters delivery issues, is stolen, or is damaged during transit.

We are happy to require a Signature for your package at your request, please specify this in the Notes section at checkout to request one and we will email you a quote for this additional service. 

What is Route Package Insurance?

At checkout you will be offered Route protection, which is a third party insurance company to protect your packages. If you would like to opt-out of Route insurance, please toggle the button to "off" at checkout, or remove it from your Cart before you complete checkout. Route fees are nonrefundable. If you opt-out of insurance and your package gets stolen, is not successfully delivered to you, or arrives damaged, we will NOT replace or refund the items under any circumstance, so we strongly recommend purchasing the insurance to protect yourself.
