Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled if a shipping notification has already been sent to you. For orders that have not shipped yet, any cancellation requests will incur a 3.5% restocking fee (of your total order value) to cover the transaction fee that we do not get refunded. This fee will automatically be deducted from your refund total, so please be sure to review all of your personal information, order details, and payment information before you submit your order.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less the original shipping charges.) Returned items MUST be in unworn, original, new condition. We will not accept returned items that have any visible signs of wear or have been washed, altered, damaged or hemmed, are covered in pet hair, or smell like cologne or perfume. Please fully button and fold garments that you are returning, and place them back into the original clear polybag in order to protect it during transit. Any returns that are received with visible signs of wear, rolled up into a ball, damaged, or carrying strong scents will be rejected or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after your returned merchandise is received & reviewed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Route package insurance fees are nonrefundable. Any refunds exceeding $750 will incur a 3.5% restocking fee.
ALL Marked Down items are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges) and we are unable to offer price adjustments on any previous orders. Any returns received after 30 days from purchase may be subject to store credit only. If your returned item is deemed ineligible because it is not in new, original condition, you will be responsible for shipping costs to have the item returned to you. Any return items purchased using our Black Friday promo code will be issued a Store Credit code only, we will NOT issue refunds on Black Friday orders - no exceptions will be made. Store Credit codes do not have expiration dates. Any styles marked Final Sale will remain final sale - no returns or exchanges.
To Request a Return:
- Fill out our Return Request Form by clicking HERE.
- Once your request has been approved, we will email you a RMA Form. Please include a copy of your approved RMA Form with your return package and ship to the address on the form.
- Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. You will be refunded the total amount less the shipping charges.
NOTE: Return packages that do not include an approved RMA Form may be rejected or result in a delayed refund. Items that are returned with any visible signs of wear may be subject to a 25%-50% refund penalty, depending on the severity of the wear.
Return packages can be shipped using any shipping service of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service as we are not liable for any lost or undelivered packages.International Return Packages: in the customs declaration, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” and Origin is Made in the USA. If your customs declaration is filled out incorrectly, you will be responsible for any customs duties we incur. If you have any questions regarding this, please let us know.
Exchange Policy
We process exchanges like returns. If you’d like to make an exchange, the best way to do this is:
- First, purchase the replacement item(s) you want on our website in order to secure its availability, and it will ship to you now.
- Fill out our Return Request Form by clicking HERE. (*Note: Be sure to enter your new 5-digit order #)
- Once your request has been approved, we will email you a RMA Form. Please include a copy of your approved RMA Form with your return package and ship to the address on the form.
- A full refund including the original shipping charge you paid will be issued within 3 business days once the replacement item(s) have been purchased and the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
International Return Packages: in the customs declaration, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” and Origin is Made in the USA. If your customs declaration is filled out incorrectly, you will be responsible for any customs duties we incur. If you have any questions regarding this, please let us know.
NOTE: If you need to exchange a size for an item that was purchased using a Black Friday promo code, please repurchase the size you need at full price, and when you send back your original item, we'll issue a refund for the full price, that way you are still keeping your discount.
